Conradie Inc. has a strong focus on legislation regarding the supply of water and water rights. Water law reflects the law dealing with water management and the provision of water services in South Africa and is a very specialized field.

The Breede Valley is one of the most important Agricultural Regions in the Western Cape Province in the context of the South African wine industry. The area is also one of the most prominent regions in the production of grapes, deciduous fruits, vegetables, etc.

Conradie Inc. assists clients with advice on the requirements of water law, including water management, water rights and water services and the policies appertaining thereto.

Our team offers assistance to either farmers’ water rights, businesses’ water needs for industrial use or companies needing advice with respect to contracts on the supply of water. This includes advice regarding the registration and transfer of water use rights, effluent discharge and the legal provisions governing wetlands and watercourses, validation and confirmation of water use.

Water is one of our most life-threatening resources and Conradie Inc. deals with the daily changes of transfers in water rights and uses the full extent of the water law to ensure correct water management and the adequate deliverance of water services and supply of water.

Our attorneys try to advise on inquiries, investigations, and any other legal issues you may need to be dealt with in a responsible manner.
