If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident in the past three years, and said accident was caused by the negligent driving of a third party, or by the driver of the motor vehicle in which you were a passenger, we can help you institute a claim against the Road Accident Fund.

The following circumstances have to apply when instituting a claim:
