Andries Conradie

Director

Born, raised and matriculated in Worcester, Andries proceeded to complete his B Comm and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch.

Following the completion of his studies, Andries served his articles at Jan S de Villiers & Son (now Werksmans Attorneys) in Cape Town. Soon after being admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public, Andries returned to Worcester and joined Conradie Inc. (then Conradie & Partners) as a professional assistant. He has been a partner since 1996. In 1994 he obtained a property valuation certificate from the University of Stellenbosch. In 1997 he obtained an advance diploma in Labour Law from the Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit (now the University of Johannesburg). He has also successfully completed the following UNISA certificate courses in commercial law, namely the Certificate in Corporate Law (NFQ 7, 2014), the Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice (NFQ 8, 2015) and the Advance Corporate Law & Securities Law Course (2018).

Andries specialises in the following fields of law:

-Commercial law

-Property law and conveyancing

-Labour law

-Dispute resolution, including commercial High Court litigation & mediation.

He married Tara in 1999 and they have two children.

He is an active member of the Worcester Athletics Club and has completed a number of marathons in their colours, including the Two Oceans and Comrades marathons.

Sarita Bester

Director

Sarita was born in the Karoo town, Beaufort West. Her parents moved to Worcester when she was ten years old. After she matriculated, she enrolled at Stellenbosch University, where she later obtained her BA (Law) and LLB degrees. Sarita was appointed as a candidate attorney at Conradie Inc. (then Conradie Davids & Partners) in December 2007. She has been with the firm ever since and became a partner in 2014. Sarita is an admitted and practicing attorney and conveyancer. She has been continuously practicing as a conveyancer since 2013, and this is the field of law that she feels most passionate about.

Sarita specialises in the following:

Conveyancing: transfer of properties and bond registrations;

Wills, trusts and deceased estates.

Sarita spends most of her free time with her husband, Herman and their two sons. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes, working in the garden and going for a long walk or jog. Painting has been one of Sarita’s hobbies from a very young age, and she still loves picking up a paint brush every now and again.

John Erasmus

Director

John was born in Worcester and he grew up and still lives in the beautiful Hex River Valley. He matriculated at Paarl Boys High and proceeded to obtain his BSc and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch.

In 2009, after completion of his studies, John started out as a candidate attorney at Conradie Inc. After being admitted as an attorney, he was appointed as a professional assistant at the firm. In 2013 he was admitted as a conveyancer. He has been a partner at the firm since 2014.

John focuses on and has extensive knowledge of the following:

Liquor licences
Property law and conveyancing

He is married to Margaret and they have two boys and just became the parents of a baby girl.

John spends his spare time with his family and he also enjoys running. Since he started running in 2017, he has completed his first Comrades marathon in 2019. He is currently a member of the Worcester Athletics Club.

Wynand Wagner

Attorney

Wynand joined the Conradie Attorneys team in 2022. He is an admitted and practising attorney.
